Plan submission fees for 2023:

  • Residential Subdivision plan — $225.0.00 + $25.00 per lot.
  • Sketch Plan-$125.00
  • Commercial-Call Township Office
  • Land development — $305.00 plus any additional costs to the Township.
  • Storm water review, if required, is $150.00 plus engineer review costs.

Other fees are:

  • Drive Way Permit — $125.00
  • Sign Permit — $125.00
  • Demo Permit-FREE
  • Zoning Permit Residential — $125.00
  • Zoning Permit-Commercial — $300.00
  • Zoning Hearing Board –Residential $600.00; Commercial $800.00
  • Zoning Map Amendment — $500.00
  • Act 537 Sewage Permit — $33.00
